April is a big month for our little Litchfield family. Uncle Bryan received his mission call to St. Louis Missouri and his farewell is on Sunday! Mardy has one more day of classes before he starts his finals and then he'll have his Bachelors of Management in Accounting. I am so proud of him and so glad that he has a thirst for knowledge...or maybe he's just too lazy to get a job. Next week Zela, Clarissa, Becca and I are going to my Grandma's to learn how to make doughnuts. Every doughnut I've ever eaten has had to bear the scrutiny and comparison to my Grandma's doughnuts and have all failed miserably. I am pleased that I'll be able to have this talent passed down to me. Aunty M is due to have her baby next week. We will be so thrilled to have another little girl to add to our family but be very shocked and happy if a boy should come instead. I already sent Raven's old summer clothes to Merriellen so I'm going with its a girl. Also this month I will start working again. Mardy will stay home to take care of Raven and I am so excited that they will have that opportunity to bond with one another, just as long as he remembers to feed her. Finally at the end of the Month is the star of our show's First birthday. I am so excited that Raven is turning 1. Mardy and I have never been so blessed as we are in her company. She is our favorite person. She's been walking more and more every day and jabbers like crazy. The funniest is when she says something that both Mardy and I can understand and it make sense. She is very curious but still very attached to my hip. Its been almost two months now that we've gotten rid of all of our TV channels. It is so wonderful. It forces us to do other things and be more active and creative. We don't miss it one bit. We are such a happy little family, I can't imagine anything better.

Love it! I saw your Gran at church today and she was pretty excited about doughnut making. I think I'll have a car too because mark has a work truck he can drive and leave me a car. Congrats to Mardy for Gradgitating! :)
